How It All Works (Step by Step, No Stress)

1. First Chat
We’ll have a virtual catch-up—via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or WhatsApp—whatever works for you. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if I’m the right celebrant for your day. If you’re keen to book, a $400 non-refundable deposit locks in your date and time. After that, just email me a copy of your passport or birth certificate and driver's license (and divorce papers if applicable) so we can tick off the legal bits.

2. Planning Meeting
We’ll meet again to dive into the ceremony details. I’ll ask all the good stuff—how you met, what makes you tick, and what kind of vibe you want. We’ll also sign one of the required legal forms and officially lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage.

3. Ceremony Draft
I’ll write up a draft of your personalised ceremony and send it to you via email. You can tweak, add, or change anything you like. Once you give the thumbs-up, that script becomes the one I use on the day.

4. Final Payment Reminder
Two weeks before the big day, I’ll send you a friendly reminder to pay the remaining balance. 

5. The Big Day
I’ll arrive 30 minutes early with everything: PA system, all the legal paperwork, your ceremony script—and a big smile. Then we do the thing! I’ll deliver a ceremony that’s warm, genuine, and a total vibe and you’ll walk back down the aisle floating.

6. It's Official!
I’ll register your marriage online with Births, Deaths and Marriages—and just like that, you're married!.
