In the lead-up, I’ll provide a detailed run sheet with timings and a comprehensive reception plan you can send to your suppliers. From canapés to cake cutting to the farewell arch, nothing is left to chance.
On the night, I’ll work closely with venue staff, your DJ or band, photographer, and other vendors to keep things flowing seamlessly. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes director—with a mic and a sense of humour.
I’ll keep the reception on track and on time, link each moment effortlessly, and keep your guests engaged and in the mood to celebrate. Whether it’s hyping up the dance floor or gently guiding guests to where they need to be, I’ve got it covered.
